These are the Terms & Conditions that apply to SAS KINGTOURS tour in Versailles.
SAS KINGTOURS is a registered SAS (Société à action simplifiée) at the Greffe du tribunal de commerce de Versailles under the number : 912 746 807 R.C.S Versailles.
In case of any conflict, only the French Law will apply.

I – Cancellation Policy
SAS KINGTOURS offers a 100% refund if a reservation is cancelled more than 72hours before the scheduled start of the tour. Cancellations less than 72hours before the start of the tour will incur a 30% fee. No refund in case of no show.
The cancellation notification must be done by email at : kingtoursversailles@gmail.com
We will operate our tours regardless of the weather, rain or shine. Please make sure you check the weather forecasts before you book.
In case of any force majeur event (riots, extrem weather conditions, pandemic etc) SAS KINGTOURS reserves the right to cancel its tours last minute and issue a full refund.
2- Payment policy
All reservations must be prepaid online at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. SAS KINGTOURS will not store any credit card information.
3- Privacy
Any information provide to SAS KINGTOURS will never be shared with any third parties.
4 – Child Policy
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and present a valid ID. The adult will be 100% responsible for supervising the child, making sure he can properly ride a bike, use the brakes and ensure his safety during the tour. The adult will chose a suitable bike for the child and make sure he wears his helmet when on the bike. If SAS KINGTOURS finds that a child is not able to properly and safely ride a bike, we may refuse to let him follow the tour on a personal bike.
No refunds will be issued if the reservation is cancelled due to the fact that a child is not able to ride a bike properly and alternative options (tandems, child seats) are refused.
5- Damages to SAS KINGTOURS Property
If you or anyone in your party damages a golf cart, a bike, or any piece of equipment provided by SAS KINGTOURS during the tour, in a way that it becomes broken or unsable or badly damaged, we may charge a fee to cover the cost of the damage.
6 – Miscellaneous
All the safety instructions will be provided by SAS KINGTOURS during the tour, please make sure that you and your party follow them carefully.
SAS KINGTOURS will not be responsible if any accident occurs during the tour which results in injuring or harming yourself or anyone esle. Any physical, mental or emotional damage that may result will not be the risponsability of SAS KINGTOURS.
Please watch your personal belongings as SAS KINGTOURS is not risponsible for any loss or any stolen personal items during the tour.
